Lose Weight Without Feeling Hungry

1. Will I lose weight without being hungry?

     Yes!     The goal is for you to be in a very specific place metabolically which allows you to feel good and have a stable blood sugar. When your blood sugar is stable, you are not hungry AND your body will release excess fat. There are a few different ways to achieve this metabolic place and as your coach I will work with you to design the best plan for you. 

2.  Will I feel tired and grouchy while on the program?

     No!  When your blood sugar is stable, you will not experience the “swings” which you may have experienced on other programs. And when your blood sugar is stable, you have all of the energy you need, so “low” times of the day can be minimized or even eliminated. Most of my clients report that they have not feel this good and had this much energy in several years.

3.  Can I eat out when on the program?

     Yes!  Any successful program must be designed around a “real” life with real food.  We will work together to explore your life, lifestyle, work, family, etc. and put together a program based on your individual style.  You will be able to eat out as much as you would like.

4.  Can I have wine or cocktails on this program?

     Yes!  Again, any successful program must be centered around real life.  We will work together to explore the best options for you.  Usually I prefer dry red wine or vodka because it is a really clean drink.  However, we can explore other options. 

5.  Will I keep the weight off?

     Yes!  UNLESS–  Keeping weight off is sometimes as hard as losing it in the first place.  We will work together to help you understand very simple principals which will allow for a total enjoyment of food without feeling you are sacrificing your desires. Once you understand these principals you will be so shocked at how easy it really is.  Our goal is that you will never gain back more than 2 pounds.  However, if you disregard these principals, it is possible to gain weight back.

 

I tried every diet out there. I exercised and ate healthily but could not lose that stubborn fat. This is the only program that allowed me to lose the weight permanently. I lost 18 pounds in 6 weeks and another 14 pounds since then with the maintenance program. The only downside is my jeans look and feel like a tent. Time for a new wardrobe. Oh well!
